She’s the face (and body) for Lorraine’s Miami Beach Diet Fitness Regime and all that hard work is definitely paying off with Michelle Heaton displaying her super toned body in two figure-hugging outfits on Thursday.
The Liberty X star off her amazing physique in a super bright work out vest and black trousers as she made her way to the ITV studios for an early morning appearance on Lorraine.
With her lean body set off by a glowing tan from her days shooting in Miami last month, Michelle’s skimpy fitness gear displayed her buff biceps, with the low cut top also showing off the singer’s impressive cleavage.
The singer is the poster girl for Lorraine’s new segment which sees the fitness fanatic demonstrating time effective work outs for the morning show’s viewers. Michelle recognises the need for effective work outs for her time starved fans as she shared some tummy toning tips with Lorraine.
It’s been a busy day for Michelle who was tweeting from the early hours about her sport-filled Thursday.
The mother-of-one revealed to her followers though that she had far from a restful night as baby Faith suffers from the chicken pox: ‘Successful 2hrs sleep all night! the amount of scratching little faith done I'm half expecting the bed sheets to have chicken pox! Lol
After her early wake up call, Michelle turned spectator for the Aegon Classic Women’s Tennis Association tournament in Birmingham.
She tweeted: ‘...But no rest for the wicked.off to @ITVLorraine with @Deanedwardschef to talk all things Miami beach diet.. Then off to the @AegonClassic with my mates and my mummy, to have a wonderful day of tennis & champers & strawberrys.. Just need to stay awake! Lol xx’
Michelle was spotted arriving at the tournament with her family, and it looked like the sporty star had found a moment to change out of her work out clothes.
Michelle showed off the results of her gym sessions in a short pink lace dress which hugged her toned body.
The star will be showing off her fashion credentials for the Ladies’ Day crowd, handing out a prize for the best dressed spectator this afternoon.
