She's known for her thin frame as she continues to take on modelling duties and catwalk shows across the globe.
But even Theodora Richards, 28, managed to raise eyebrows on Wednesday when she appeared worryingly skinny during a photoshoot with her sister.
The eldest daughter of Rolling Stones rocker Keith Richards took to the streets of New York's Meatpacking District to pose for photos alongside 26-year-old Alexandra.
But while they were bound to draw attention anyway it was Theodora who caused frowns as her strikingly thin frame was put on display.
Even her clothes couldn't disguise how thin she has become as she stepped out for one set of photos wearing a checked shirt which swamped her over her extra skinny jeans.
Although she seemed in high spirits as she spent time with her younger sister.
The pair cuddled up after changing into another pair of outfits for the fashion item.
But while Alexandra still looked slim, she looked strikingly more healthy when sat next to her sibling.
The former Tommy Hilfiger model's face looked a lot more drawn while her arms were much thinner than that of her younger sister's.
In 2011 the model had graffiti and drug charges against her dropped following her arrest for scrawling 'T (heart symbol) A' outside of a Soho convent.
She was ordered to perform two days of community service and stay out of trouble for six months for her record to be wiped clean.
At the time of her arrest Police found marijuana and oxycodone pills on Miss Richards and she was quoted saying, 'I hope I don't get in trouble for this.'
She also told the officers who detained her: 'I don't have a prescription for them.'
Over the last couple of years she has often been seen looking worryingly thin.
Both of Keith's daughters appeared with fellow Rolling Stones' offspring Elisabeth Jagger in a campaign for Tommy Hilfiger several years ago.Theo and Alexandra are the daughters of Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards and wife Patti Hansen.
The family have always been close, with Keith's daughters often turning up to support him on tour.
